3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Subscription and Payments

bengago offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law

Generated Content: Pins generated using our AI tools are yours to use. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

7. Pinterest Integration

Our Service integrates with Pinterest. Your use of Pinterest through our Service is also subject to Pinterest's Terms of Service and policies. We are not responsible for Pinterest's actions, including changes to their API or policies that may affect our Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bengago and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or errors
• Actions taken by Pinterest or other third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination
